We design molds that meet product specifications by considering the volume shrinkage rate and geometric complexity of the thermosetting resin curing process.
• We have multiple long-term cooperative processing plants, ensuring on-time delivery and that the molded carbon fiber parts meet customer specifications in terms of dimensional accuracy and surface roughness.
• We ensure uniform curing through simulated cavity thermal convection. Through rigorous thermal cycling testing, we ensure no vacuum leakage occurs under high-pressure conditions.
